New Structure for ThC

The Certificate in Theology has a new structure. It began in term 1 2008. The course is now in three stages: Preliminary Certificate, Intermediate Certificate, and the full Certificate in Theology.

Along with the new course structure is a new exam format. All preliminary (Stage 1) subject exams will be in the same format as Introduction to the Bible, which contains a mix of multiple choice, fill in the blank, 4-line answer, and half-page answer questions along with an essay. The exam section outlines the changes in Stages 2 and 3 of the course.

Online Course

In Term 2 2009, we are seeking to launch an online version of the Certificate in Theology beginning with the Introduction to the Bible unit.  Please keep an eye out on this website for further updates.
